Wombling® is a non-profit social enterprise based in Norwich, Norfolk (UK).

With our primary focus on People and Planet, we provide: Consultancy Services; Project Management; Educational Plans; Environmental Audits; Eco Workshops and item Reuse/Rehoming Events in the East of England.

Wombling Sale Room

Similar to the car boot, jumble, and attic sales, these large indoor, year-round events in Norfolk are a great way of giving your unwanted items a new home, keeping them out of landfill and gaining a bit of extra cash in your pocket.

Buyers get to give a new lease of life to stuff at bargain prices. Sellers get the feel-good of rehoming things they no longer want, and also a bit of extra cash in their pockets! It's a win-win as far as we can tell. Money raised from pitch fees goes back into Wombling to improve our service to People and Planet. Win, win, win, win...!

	Wombling Workshops Wombling offers a workshop program to schools, community groups, waste educators and local government with an aim to spread the word on creative reuse. We provide all of the materials, equipment and a team of trained community artists and educators to conduct workshops that focus on creativity, the reduction of waste and the conservation of resources.
Workshops are available from one hour to full day activities at community events. We are also happy to discuss other ideas you may have that are outside the standard workshop schedule. Wombling can organise workshops for larger or smaller groups, and base activities on any theme. If you wish to book a workshop, contact us with specifics. More info coming soon.

Environmental Consultancy and Project Management

Wombling delivers advice and project management to individual people, businesses, organisations, local government, councils, schools, community groups and enterprises in the community concerned with environmental reuse and minimising waste, seeking appropriate and relevant reuse solutions.

Our Reuse Specialists, led by our proprietor, can compile feasibility studies; Market research and business planning; Design and writing of waste reduction strategies; Advice, project design and management; Research or referral for reuse enterprises and community initiatives.

Development of Environmental Education Plans

We can work with local government, schools, environmental organisations and others involved in environmental education to tailor an effective and vibrant environmental education plan or teaching program to meet environmental needs. This can include print materials, websites, media campaigns, etc. Our primary aim is to train individuals to thrive in a sustainable society.

Environmental Audits

We can develop a set of reuse indicators for you to measure how well you're reusing, as well as providing you with resources, ideas strategies and contacts to make reusing easy, enjoyable and economical.

Many global companies have included recycling as part of their corporate and social responsibility policies, but not all of them are able to demonstrate how they handle the recycling function and achieve greater environmental stewardship in the process. Wombling are pleased to monitor and audit how a particular product or process is handled after it is outlives its usefulness, then provide a written outcome of our audit.
